All our products are digital goods: knitting patterns in PDF format delivered as instant download.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges once the file has been delivered and downloaded.

If you have any issue with your download or the file is damaged, please contact us at tejidos.paulamartinez@gmail.com within 7 days after purchase and we will resend the file or help you.

Shipping Policy
We do not ship physical products. All orders are digital patterns (PDF) sent by instant download to your email immediately after payment. No shipping costs, no tracking.
